Depending on your preference, we can meet online or face to face at Farsley or Calverley in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
There may be sessions where meeting face to face is more helpful.
When booking face to face, this may be dependent on room availability.
This may vary from person to person and depending on what you would like to focus on.
Following initial consultation, together we can identify how often you would like to meet and review next steps at the end of each session.
Usually between 3-6 sessions can allow time to explore your priorities and think about practical solutions and strategies.
You can click on ‘book appointment’ to see availability or you are welcome to contact me to discuss what days and times are available. If our session is face to face, I may need to check room availability but will try to accommodate wherever possible.
